What you'll do
Organize all store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Train sales staff to:
Provide expert demonstrations for each product and their accompanying applications.
Collect customer feedback and communicate this information to the team at HQ.
Process purchases and handle returns of merchandise.
Identify customer needs and provide detailed information on product features according.
Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities on Social Media).
Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance.
Monitor stock levels and purchases.
Inspect the areas in the store and resolve any issues that might arise.
Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or displays.
Determine the need for improvements in the store.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Excellent organization, leadership, and customer management skills.
Strong business orientation.
Interest in business administration, sales, marketing or relevant field is desirable.
Proven work experience in a management role would be a plus.
