What you'll do
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Assess customer needs and provide detailed information on product features accordingly.
Provide expert demonstrations for each product and their accompanying applications.
Collect customer feedback and communicate this information to our HQ team.
Process purchases and handle returns of merchandise.\
Monitor stock levels and purchases.
Contribute and conduct usability testings with the Director of Service Design.
Provide product feedback and possibly be featured across our social channels.
Excellent organization, leadership, and customer management skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proven work experience as a retail sales associate or customer service role would be a plus.
