Where do you ship?

We ship to all 50 U.S. states.

What are your return & refund policies?

If you are not pleased with your purchase from Trueform, just reach out to us at hello@trueform.io within 30 days of your purchase and we will issue a full refund. While we hope it does not come to that, we try to make it as easy as possible, with free return shipping.

For a full refund, items must be in new condition, undamaged, and in its original packaging. For opened or damaged goods, there will be a re-stocking fee charged depending on the item. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of unreasonable wear, misuse, or damage.

Once we receive your package, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment used.
